Global Fields allow you to store chatbot data and sets of values depending on your subscriber’s actions. They look like Custom Fields but instead of storing values related to the Subscriber, they store values that are related to your chatbot.

Global Fields Features

In the next section, you discover how to set up your Global Fields. There are multiple ways you can use Global Fields, for instance:

  1. Coupons - Track the number of coupons you distribute in Messenger and notify yourself when they run out.
  2. Track Attendees - Track webinar/event attendees and get notified as soon as there are less than 10 spots left.
  3. Decrease the numbers - Decrease the number of products left in stock by 1 each time someone makes a purchase in your bot.
  4. Bot Ratings - ask your subscribers to rate your chatbot and easily keep track of these ratings.
