How to Integrate Instagram with Clepher?

You must have an Instagram business account linked to your Facebook page to integrate Clepher with Instagram. Personal Instagram accounts won’t work so it is important that you have switched your Instagram account to a Creator or Business account.

Also, make sure your Facebook page is already added on your Clepher dashboard.

1. Log in to Instagram.

2. Click on Settings and Privacy.

3. Under Business tools and controls.

4. Switch to a Professional account.

Next, link your Facebook Page to Instagram, kindly follow these steps:

1. Log in to Facebook.

2. Switch to the desired Facebook Page profile.

3. On the left part, select Professional Dashboard

4. Scroll down and under Your tools, Click on Linked Accounts.

5. Select Instagram and Click on the Connect Account blue button and follow the prompts.

8. Log in to your Instagram Business account and follow the prompts.

9. Go to your page dashboard > Settings>Configure and refresh your page permission to activate Instagram to Clepher.

You can now then create a bot for your Instagram account. Please also note that for the Welcome Message to work on Instagram, you'll need to set up Ice Breakers, and attach the Instagram Flow that you'd like to use as a Welcome Message. You can either add one or multiple icebreakers if you want to push people through a certain automation first. It is recommended to use one Ice Breaker and use that as the Get Started button of your Instagram Chatbot.
