The Text Card is used to create a standard text message in your Flow. You can ask and answer questions, discuss problems or get to know your clients. It can have a maximum of 640 characters.

Text Card Specifics:
The Text Card has the following specifics:
- Card Title
- It has two connectors 1 incoming and 1 outgoing

Text Card Message
Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains three tabs; Settings, Triggers, and Click-to-Messenger Ads.
Text Card Settings Explained
The Settings tab in the Text Card consists of 4 parts; Title, Message, Preview, and Button which are explained next.
1. Title
- Enter a name for your message. It is recommended to specify something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clever Messenger.
2. Message
- Enter the message you want to send out. A Text Message can hold Air Variables, Personalization Tags, and Emoji.
3. Preview
- In entering your text in the field, the Preview on the right automatically updates. This is where you can see how it will look for your Subscribers.
4. Buttons
- All Message Type cards can be set up with Buttons and Quick Replies depending on how you would like to deliver your message to a subscriber. See our documentation on Buttons & Quick Replies to learn more about the difference between the Types of Buttons.
