Flow Composer cards
The Flow Composer consists of many cards and is divided into 5 sections; Message Type cards, Button Action cards, Web View cards, Ask For cards, Action cards, and Integration Cards.

Flow Composer Card Overview
In this section, you discover the different types of Cards available in the Flow Composer.
Flow Composer Cards Explained
The Flow Composer Cards are divided into 5 sections; Message Type cards, Button Action cards, Ask For cards, Action cards and Integration Cards.
Message Types
These are the main Message Types
Text Card is used to send a Text message to your subscribers.
Image Card is used to send an Image to your subscribers.
Audio Card is used to send an audio file to your subscribers.
Video Card is used to send a video to your subscribers.
File Card is used to send a file to your subscribers.
Carousel Card is used to send a carousel list to your subscribers.
OTN Request Card is used to send one follow-up message after a 24-hour messaging window has ended.
Buttons Actions
These are used to add buttons in your message which can link to other messages or external links.
Visit URL Card is used to redirect your visitor to another page this may include more information and can help them with the self-service.
Call Phone Card is used to make it easier for your customer to contact you. By putting a telephone number in a button, visitors are more likely to reach out to you.
WhatsApp Card allows you to redirect your subscriber from Messenger to WhatsApp
Web Views
Date Card is used to show a date picker inside your chatbot.
Date/Time Card is used to show a date & time picker inside your chatbot.
Location Card allows you to capture the location of a subscriber.
Vimeo Card allows you to share a Vimeo video on Messenger.
Youtube Card allows you to share a Youtube video on Messenger.
Ask for Cards
These are used to capture information from your subscribers.
Email Address Card allows the visitor to capture the email address that they use for their Facebook profile or they can manually provide the preferred email address.
Phone Number card is used to capture your subscriber's phone number in your Flow.
Multiple Choice card is used to creating a multiple choice type of message in your Flow.
Other Information Card is used to capture the subscriber's message or response from a specific question or instruction.
Actions cards
These are used to perform actions within your Flows.
Go-to-Flow Card is used to direct your subscriber into a specific flow or template.
Perform Action Card is a very powerful tool that is used to perform various actions in your flow to automate the bot experience.
Webhook Card is a tool used to integrate your web services into your flow.
A/B Split Card is used to create A/B split tests inside your flow.
Condition Card is used to redirect users to different cards/blocks depending on the segments you specify on your condition card.
Random Path Card allows you to set random paths for your default replies.

This means that the Instagram Flow Composer still consists of many cards and is divided into 4 parts:
Message Types

Actions
These cards are used to perform actions within your flows.
Integrations
These cards are used to Integrate third-party tools.
