Perform Action Card
The Perform Action Card is a very powerful tool that is used to perform various actions in your Flows helping to automate the bot experience even more. You can also connect multiple actions cards together in order to sequence multiple actions.

Perform Action Card
Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains two tabs; Settings and Triggers.
Perform Action Card Settings Explained
The Settings tab in the Text Card consists of 2 parts; Card Title and the Select Action Type which are explained next.
1. Card Title
Enter a name for your message. It is recommended to enter something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.
2. Select Action Type
Select the desired "Action" on the list.
Perform Action Card Types Explained
Here's an overview of the current Perform Action types available.
Add Tag - Adds a tag to a subscriber, mostly used for behavioral tracking; actions, and events through the perform action card.
Remove tag - Remove a tag from a subscriber.
Resume Bot Automation - It resumes the automated message for a specific subscriber.
Pause Bot Automation - It pauses the automated message for a specific subscriber.
Send Subscriber Data - It is used to send a copy of subscribers' data to your subscriber, compliant with GDPR.
Set Custom Field Value - Sets the value of a Custom Field for a specific subscriber.
Set Global Field - Sets the value of a Global Field for a specific subscriber.
Subscribe to Bot - Subscribes a person to your chatbot.
Unsubscribe from Bot - Unsubscribes the subscriber from your chatbot, after this action they will not receive any messages from you until they subscribe again.
Delete Subscriber - Deletes the subscriber from your Messenger subscribers, also removes all data you’ve got on file from your subscriber, including - but not limited to; custom fields and their values, and tags.
Notify via Messenger - Pick any person on your subscribers' list and send a notification via Messenger. Usually used for admin purposes. I.E., to let an admin know a subscriber needs human assistance.
Set Flow Type - Ability to change the Flow Type “mid-Flow”. On the creation of a Flow, you need to specify it’s promotional or non-promotional, but the purpose of the Flow may change based on the actions a subscriber takes inside a Flow. That’s why you’re able to change the Flow Type.
Change Persona - Ability to change the Persona in your Flow. This can be a real support agent or a fictive figure. A subscriber will see the support agents, or the fictive figure, speaking to them.
Clear Custom Field - Clears the value of a Custom Field for a specific subscriber.
Clear Global Field - Clears the value of a Global Field for a specific subscriber.
Clear Required Input - Gives Clepher the signal it should not wait for User Input any longer and that it can continue the Flow. Great for continuation when people would like to Skip certain questions that rely on User Input.
Important Note
Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.
