Main Menu
The Main Menu is a friendly option for the user to use with accessible buttons within Messenger. Once, the Main Menu is activated, you'll see a little "Hamburger Menu" in the left lower part of the messenger which reveals your Main Menu when clicked/tapped. Your Main Menu can open a link or fire a message.
Main Menu Overview
All your Main Menu(s) are stored in the Automation > Main Menu. In this section of the article, you find what you can expect on the Main Menu Library namely Locale, Platform, Actions, Drop-down, Search, Pagination, Bulk Actions, and more.
1. Locale
This determines for which Language the Main Menu will be triggered. Clepher required you to create a Menu for All Languages first. If you're using a new Main Menu for a different language, this All Language Menu will be used as a fallback.
2. Platform
This determines for which platform the Main Menu is, either for Messenger or Instagram.
3. Actions
This shows the action you can perform on a single main menu entry, edit or delete.
4. Dropdown menu
You can change the number of entries you want to appear per page by clicking the drop-down in the right-upper corner. You can choose to show either 10, 25, 50, or 100 records per page.
5. Search
In the upper right corner, you can also use the search field. Search terms are applied to all data in the library.
6. Next/Previous Page
In the bottom right corner, you can view the next page or previous page by clicking “next” or “previous”. This allows you to navigate through all your main menu records.
How to perform Bulk Actions?
You can perform Bulk Actions by clicking the checkboxes of the records you want to perform Bulk Actions o in the first column. From there you perform Bulk Actions like “Delete”, by clicking the Bulk Actions button in the upper right corner.

Item linking to an URL.
Item triggering a Message:
Drag 'N Drop Menu Items
To make your life easier, you're able to easily drag 'n drop Menu Items in the order you want. Not happy with the current order? Just drag 'n drop by clicking and holding the icon in front of the Item and drop it where you want it to be.
Adding a Main Menu with another Language
Adding another menu tied to another Locale is quite easy. Simply create a new Main Menu and choose the language you want. From there the process works the same as depicted above. Note that the Main Menu with another Locale will only be shown to the subscribers who have set their Locale on Facebook. For instance, if a subscriber sets their language on Facebook to Spanish and you've got a Spanish menu setup, it will show the Spanish Menu. However, if someone from France (who set up their language to French on Facebook) enters your bot experience and you don't have a French Menu setup, the Main Menu will default to the “All Languages” Menu you set up.
