Features Overview

Audience

The Audience gives an overview of all your current subscribers with details such as profile picture, first name, and last name, date added, last active, paused replies, unsubscribes, and full user profiles, including – but not limited to – tags, custom fields, and entry points. You can also edit subscriber(s) using the bulk action, or choose to edit an individual subscriber.

Segmentation

Segmentation is where you create segments of your audience. These segments can be used throughout the entire app (where applicable) like flows and broadcasting. Segments are parts of your audience that meet your desired criteria. This segmentation feature allows you to hone in and fine-tune your message in such a way that makes it more relevant to your Audience. 

Live Chat

You can use this feature to send messages to the subscribers individually and view the chat history with the users (including automated messages, broadcasts, and instant replies). You can also Add Tag(s) to individual subscribers, pause automated replies, send pre-made messages, and more.

Capture 

This tab includes multiple ways for people to become a subscriber to your bot. To help drive this initial engagement, we offer a ton of entry points for people to find and engage with your chatbot in Messenger, Facebook, the web, and even the real world. Do note that the Facebook Messenger Platform will allow your chatbot to send messages to a person only if they start the conversation first.

Send to Messenger Button

The Send To Messenger Button is an entry point for people to your chatbot. Clicking on the Send To Messenger button allows them to subscribe to your bot. You embed these buttons and/or use them with Clepher’s overlays. 

Checkbox Plugin

The Checkbox Plugin is an entry point for people to your chatbot. You can append this checkbox to any button on your page(s), e.g. subscribe and/or checkout buttons. Once a person ticks the checkbox – and the button is clicked – it allows them to subscribe to your bot.  

Customer Chat

Customer Chat is an entry point for people to your chatbot. Interacting with Customer Chat allows them to get in touch with you, and they automatically subscribe to your bot. In this article, you discover what’s possible with Customer Chat.

Post Engagement

Post Engagement is an entry point for people to your chatbot. Once set up, you can have your chatbot privately reply to any person commenting on your Facebook fan page post. It’s a great way to follow up with your most engaged fans as well as to generate more Messenger subscribers. 

M.me Link Library

M.me Links are an entry point for people to your chatbot. Clicking on the M.me Link allows them to subscribe to your chatbot. Each message you create has its own M.me Link. Learn more about how it works here.

JSON Code Generator

The JSON Code Generator allows you to string messages together. The output will give you a string of JSON code. This JSON code can be used with your Facebook and Messenger Ads. These Ads are an entry point for people to your chatbot. And the JSON Code Generator assists in setting up these messages. 

Broadcast 

The Broadcast feature is one of the best marketing tools to share your content with every user right in their Messenger Inbox. It allows you to Engage your subscribers and reveal their needs and interests. This feature gives you a chance to start a dialogue with your subscribers instantly! You can send Normal Broadcasts, Promotional Broadcasts, and Follow-Up Broadcasts. Facebook appreciates it if you stay within its policies. 

Automation

This tab includes the Flow Composer page where you create your bot or flows.

Flow Composer

This is the part where you see the 20 cards you can drag and drop to build out the flow of your chatbot. It simultaneously functions as both a general overview and a building platform. It also contains the Zoom-in and Zoom-out buttons allowing you to zoom out when things get too crowded or zoom in when you need to take a closer look.

The Flow Composer Cards are the main elements to build your chatbot. The Flow Composer consists of 20 cards and is divided into 4 parts; Message type cards, Button cards, Ask for cards, and Action cards.
