Does Clepher support automation on Reels?

Yes, Clepher supports automation for reels and posts on Facebook and Instagram through the Post Engagement feature. This allows you to set up auto-private replies, define keyword triggers for comments, and automate replies to comments.

How to Set Up Post Engagement:

1. Go to Capture.

2. Navigate to Post Engagement.

3. Select the reel or post where you want to apply automation.

4. Under the Settings tab:

   • Add keyword triggers for comments.

   • Exclude specific keywords if needed.

   • Adjust settings according to your needs.

5. Select the flow you want to trigger as a private reply for users who comment on the reel/post. (Note: For Instagram, you can only select a single message and which card to trigger.)

6. Select how long you want the private reply to be triggered. 

   • Instagram: Set the delay time for the private reply.

   • Facebook: Replies can only be triggered immediately.
