Tags

A Tag is a way to organize, categorize or even segment your subscribers mostly used for behavioral tracking; actions, and events through the perform action card. So if someone reached a certain stage in your flow. You can add and remove tags from users to indicate that they are a part (or not a part) of a certain group. This acts as an identifier for a certain action or activity marked to a subscriber in a bot conversation. You can create a tag manually in the Tags Library section or add a tag through an action card in your flow. You can also remove a tag automatically. These tags can be found in the Tags Library.

 

 

 

You can also use tags to create different content feeds within your bot and build subscription options using the Main Menu. When a person clicks on the Subscribe button, you can tag them with a special tag, such as subscribed to weekly updates, automatically and then do a weekly broadcast for the tagged audience only.

To start with

If you create a Scheduled Broadcast and send it only to a designated audience with a particular tag, there may be a question: how many people will receive this Broadcast? The answer is: by the time the Broadcast is sent, everyone who has this Tag will receive the messages.

  • Tags Library has located in Automation>Tags. This is much more than just a way for you to store information.

 

 

 

Create New

  • Click on Create New, the above modal opens up where you can set up your Tags.

Tags Library Page Table Explained

In this section of the article, you find what you can expect on the Tags Library Table:

 

 

 

1. Name

  • Name of the Tag created.

 

2. Assigned Subscribers

  • Shows the number of subscribers that are assigned to that particular Tag.

 

3. Creation Date

  • Detailed time and date that the Tag was made.

4. Drop-Down menu

  • You can change the number of Tags you want to appear per page by clicking the drop-down in the right upper corner. You can choose to show either 10, 25, 50 or 100 created Tags per page.

 

5. Search

  • In the right upper corner, you can also use the search field. Search terms are applied to all data in the table. This means you can search for your created tag according to Name and created date

 

6. Actions

  • These are the actions you can perform on an individual Tag, currently: Rename, Delete.

 

7. Next/Previous Page

  • In the bottom right corner, you can view the next page or previous page by clicking “next” or “previous”. This allows you to navigate through all your created Tags.

How to perform Bulk Actions?

  • You can perform Bulk Actions by clicking the checkboxes – of the Tags you want to perform Bulk Actions on – in the first column. From there you perform Bulk Actions like Delete Tag(s), by clicking the Bulk Actions button in the right upper corner.
