What’s inside a subscriber's profile?

Inside the Subscriber's Profile - on both Audience and Live Chat - you see subscriber data, like:

  • Profile Picture

  • First & Last Name

  • PSID

  • Gender

  • Language

  • Last Active

  • Status

  • Automated Replies Button

  • Current Tags

    •  Add Tags

  • Current Custom Fields

    • Add Custom fields

  • Entry Point

    • Direct Message

    • Send to Messenger

    • Customer Chat

    • Checkbox Plugin

    • Post Engagement

    • M.me Link

    • Instagram 

Note: Instagram subscribers' profile picture shows an Instagram icon as a distinction.

Here's how it looks on Live Chat

There are 3 actions you can do inside a Subscriber Profile:

You can Pause Automated Replies

  • Simply click the green button or the time above the button in order to pause automated replies.

    • The green button turns red, indicating the subscriber is not receiving automated replies.

    • Clicking on +30 mins will increase the time that automated replies are paused for a subscriber by 30 minutes each time it is clicked.

    • Clicking on the infinity symbol will pause automated replies for a subscriber until the red button is clicked.

    • Simply click the red button to re-activate them.

  • As long as the Subscriber is Paused he/she will not receive any automated replies

You can add a Tag manually

  • Simply add a Tag to the field and click “Save”.

  • You can use tags in other areas of Clepher too

You can add a Custom Field manually

  • Select the Custom Field you want to add

  • Specify the variable in the field and click “Save”.

  • In order to “Create Custom Fields” navigate to Automation > Custom Fields.
