Condition Card

The Condition Card allows you to redirect subscribers to different cards depending on the segments specified in your condition card. For example, you can add different Tags or Custom Fields to your subscribers and segment them accordingly. Then, if the subscribers matches specified conditions, you can send them to the true path, or the false path if the subscriber doesn't.

Condition Card Specifics

The Text Card has the following specifics:

  • Card Title

  • It has two connectors 1 incoming and 1 outgoing

  • Card Preview

  • Statistics

  • Duplicate Card Icon

  • Settings Icon

  • Delete Icon

Buttons

This card includes 2 default buttons:

  • TrueIf the user matches specified conditions, you can send them down the true path.

  • FalseIf the user does NOT match the conditions, you can send them down the false path.

Condition Card Message

Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains three tabs; Settings and Triggers.



Condition Card Settings Explained

The settings tab is where you set up your card title and your segments which are explained next.



1. Card Title

  • Enter a name for your message. It is recommended to enter something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.

2. Select a Segment

  • Select your segment from the drop-down.



Important Note

Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.
