OTN Request Card Settings Explained
The Settings tab in the OTN Request Card consists of 4 parts; Card Title, Tag, Message, and Preview.
1. Title
Enter a name for your message. It is recommended to specify something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.
2. Tag
Set a tag for this message. You will use the same tag when creating the actual OTN flow.
The tag should not contain special characters.
3. Message
Enter the message you want to send out. A Text Message can hold Air Variables, Personalization Tags, and Emoji.
4. Preview
In entering your text in the field, the Preview on the right automatically updates. This is where you can see how it will look for your Subscribers.
Getting Started
Start using the One-Time Notification by requesting access to your Facebook Page. Here's how:
Go to your Page Settings.
Choose Advanced Messaging. Inside you will see options under the Request features is your One-Time Notification then hit Request.
Note: Request for OTN on your Facebook Page is approved immediately.
Sending an OTN Request Card Explained
For sending the actual OTN, you simple use the Broadcast feature and choose the audience you would like to target for the OTN request or you can either send to all your subscribers. And select the "Promotional" type for this broadcast.
Now, you'll be able to identify anyone who has opted-in to receive your OTN. You may create another flow with a segment based on people having your desired OTN tag attached to their profile. From there, you simply send a Broadcast to this new Segment.
Set up the Segmentation in this flow:
Go to the Segmentation tab and create new. Select an Attribute to “OTN tag” equal to "Tag name".
2. Create a flow and add a condition card and select the segment you created. Kindly see the sample below:
Triggers
Each card has the same Triggers tab:
