WhatsApp Card

The WhatsApp you find under the "Button Actions" section in the Flow Composer allows you to redirect your subscriber from Messenger to WhatsApp while opening a conversation with your business with a predefined supporting all of the personalization tags and air variables. This will give you a first taste of the power of combining Messenger and WhatsApp as very effective ways to grow your business.

WhatsApp Card Specifics

The WhatsApp Card has the following specifics:

WhatsApp Card Message

Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains no additional tabs.

Call Phone Card Explained

This window contains the Business Phone Number and the Message Text field. It also supports Air Variables and Custom Fields.

1. Your Business Phone number

This field is where you add your WhatsApp business number.

2. Message Field

Enter the message you want to send out.

Important Note

Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.
