Other Information Card
The Other Information Card is used to capture the subscriber's message or response to a specific question or instruction. The response is then saved into a corresponding Custom User Field which you have to create beforehand in your account. This card can also be used to gather personal information from your subscribers like email, phone number, address, etc.

Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains three tabs; Settings, Triggers, and Click-to-Messenger Ads.
Other Information Card Settings Explained
The Settings tab in the Phone Number Card consists of 5 parts; Card Title, Custom Field, Message, Preview, and Buttons/Quick Replies which are explained next.
1. Card Title
Enter a name for your message. It is recommended to enter something that’s easy, identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.
2. Save Reply to Custom Field
This is where you set the right custom field for the response you'd like to save. There are default custom fields or you can create one manually.
3. Message Field
Enter the message you want to send out.
4. Preview
In entering your text in the field, the Preview automatically updates. This is where you can see how it will look for your Subscribers. A Text Message can hold both personalization tags and Emojis.
5. Buttons
All cards except the Button Action Cards can be set up with buttons and quick reply buttons depending on how you would like to deliver your message to a subscriber. To learn more about the Flow Composer Card Buttons, click here.
Important Note
Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.
