Once you’ve clicked on the little cogwheel (the settings icon in the lower-right corner on this card) it opens up a new window. This new window contains three tabs; Settings, Triggers, and Click-to-Messenger Ads.
Video Card Settings
The settings tab is where you set up your card title and video file.
Video Card Settings Explained
The Settings tab in the Video Card consists of 4 parts; card title, attach video field, preview, and buttons/quick replies which are explained next.
1. Card Title
Enter a name for your card. It is recommended to specify something that’s easily identifiable in the ‘message naming’ field as you might need to edit and/or use this message in another area of Clepher.
2. Video Field
Attach the Video you want to send out.
There are two ways to insert a video file into the card:
Direct URL
One way to insert a video into the card is by simply clicking on the "direct URL" option and paste the video link/URL unto the video field. Once the video is visible, it means you have successfully attached a valid video link/URL.
Upload
To upload a video file into the card, simply click on the upload link and select the desired video file from your drive. Allow a few seconds to load. Once the video is visible, it means you have successfully uploaded a valid video file.
The current size for any media file is 25MB (this is a Facebook limitation).
3. Preview
Upon attaching your video in the video field," the Preview automatically updates. This is where you can see how it will look for your Subscribers.
4. Buttons
All Message Type cards can be set up with Buttons and Quick Replies depending on how you would like to deliver your message to a subscriber. See our documentation on Buttons & Quick Replies to learn more about the difference between the Types of Buttons.
Important Note
Any changes made inside the card are temporarily auto-saved whether you click on the save button, the close button, or simply click outside the card on your screen. To save your progress, it is important to always click the "Save" button (in the top right corner) on the Flow Composer to apply any changes made.
Triggers and Click-to-Messenger Ads
