What is a default reply for?
A Default Reply is sent when your chatbot doesn’t know what to answer in scenarios like when there are no trigger keyword matches or when users type in something that is not included in your quick replies. It can contain information telling the users about keyword triggers that they can use, menu items in the form of buttons, or an invitation to talk with a human.
Steps in setting up your Default Reply:
Go to Settings > Configure.
You will see there the default reply section and a drop-down.
Select the desired default reply you’d like to use and make sure to toggle ON to enable this feature.
