Analytics Overview

This tab lets you go beyond just knowing the data collected and describes what occurred over a given period of time. The quality of the subscribers and the recorded conversions can be monitored and analyzed. To evaluate its efficacy, it is important to track the performance of your bot if it can provide the user’s needs. Analytics tab aimed at improving the business by gaining knowledge that can be used to make improvements or changes.

In this section, you will learn more about what can be found in your Analytics tab.

1. Subscribers Graph

Represents the number of subscribers in the default view on a regular basis and shows you day-to-day statistics. The total number of users also tells you how effective your chatbot.

 

2. Time Period
At the top left corner of the page, you can select the date range that you are interested in. There are daily, monthly, quarterly, or set specified start and end dates.

  • Week
    The weekly data point includes the sum of the week from Sunday and ends on a Saturday.

  • Month
    The reports show a monthly basis by a real calendar month, where the number of days may vary from 28 to 31 depending on the month.

  • Quarter
    The reports show the quarter; four times a year; every three months basis on the data gathered.

  • Date range selector
    Based on the date you choose, the data will appear. Click on the desired start date in the calendar, then click on the end date.

3. Subscriber Types

  • Current Subscribers
    Subscribers that actually exist at the present time.

  • Reachable Subscribers
    Subscribers, you can always send messages and by broadcasting.

  • Daily Active Subscribers
    Subscribers that are always active on your page and as well do responses most of the time.

  • New Subscribers
    The user who started chatting in your bot and able to receive a message from you.


4. Reported Conversions Graph
Show how many times the message or conversation is reported by your user. With this data, you can make more informed decisions and ultimately improve your results.

  • Spam
    Users have marked the conversation as spam.

  • Inappropriate
    Users classified it as something that was not important to them.

  • Others
    Users have labeled the conversation with another thing.

  • Blocked the conversation unique
    Users have blocked the conversation and they'll no longer be able to receive messages from you.
