How to transfer ManyChat subscribers to Clepher?

We have received a lot of queries from users about how they can transfer their subscribers from their old ManyChat chatbot platform. We prepared documentation for our process and we’re happy to walk you through it.

Importing ManyChat Subscribers to Clepher

1. Log in to your Clepher account and click the “Audience” icon on the left side of the page.

2. Also log in to ManyChat, click on the "Flows", and then “+ New Flow”

3. Set a name for your flow (i.e. Import).

4. Create a flow with an action card for the second step in the flow.

5. Click the Action Card, then in the window that appears and you will be able to select an action, choose "External Request".

6. Click on “Add Your Request”.

7. A Pop Up will appear and you will be able to enter the importer URL in "Request URL", https://app.clepher.com/import/subscribers/manychat/

8. Click the “Body” in the tab and select "Add Full Subscriber Data". You will see the details of the subscribers in the preview portion.

9. Click the "Publish" button and you’re now ready to broadcast this Flow to your subscribers.

10. Click on “Broadcasts”, then “Broadcast from Flow” on the left corner top of the page.

11. Choose the flow we created earlier and send it. This will allow your subscribers to be transferred.

12. Finally, refresh your "Audience" tab at Clepher and all your subscriber details will be reflected.
