Configure Overview
The Configure tab takes you directly to the part where you set up the basic configuration of your chatbot as well as add admin roles to your desired users. This is also where you set up your Greeting Text, and Welcome Message, and next to other settings, it’s also where you whitelist your website domains and Refresh Page Permissions.

Configure Page
Configure page is usually where you want to be first, or at least to be one of the first things you take care of before going ‘Live’ with your chatbot. Basically, making sure your chatbot has the right configuration, setup a proper Greeting Text, Default Reply, and such.

Team Roles
Team Role is a feature that allows you to add team members to help manage your chatbot on Clepher. Your team members can be added bearing different roles. Your team is restricted depending on what you, as a team leader, want them to see and/or edit.

Custom Roles
This feature allows you to create or customize your very own Team Roles and gives you 100% control over your members.

How to access Configure?
You access Configure on the page level. Simply navigate from the main hub (where you can see all your pages) to the page of your choice by clicking on the cog icon. Once Inside the Dashboard of your Page, click on the “Configure” menu item in the left navigation bar.
