Configure Page
Configure page is usually where you want to be first, or at least to be one of the first things you take care of before going ‘Live’ with your chatbot. Basically, making sure your chatbot has the right configuration, set up a proper Greeting Text, Default Reply, and such.
Configure Page Features
You can perform multiple tasks within the Configure Page. This article covers both the basic and more advanced features of the Configure Page.
Configure Page Overview
This section covers the features of the Configure page. So let’s start with a full rundown on what the Configure features are about.
1. Greeting Text
The Greeting Text is one of the first things soon-to-become-subscribers see when they click on the “Send Message” button on your Facebook page. Or any of the other entry points that ‘forces’ them to go through the “Get Started” window first. The Greeting Text itself is displayed above the “Get Started” button in the chat window and is visible to all soon-to-become-subscribers before they even start a conversation with your page. 2. Local Greetings
It works the same as Default Greeting Text, but the language is specified for the input message. Learn more here.
3. Ice Breakers
You can create up to 4 Ice Breakers with different text, spice it up with some emojis, and connect it to your chosen flow. This can showcase frequently asked questions. Learn more here.
4. Welcome Message
With the welcome message, you can help your subscribers understand what to expect from your chatbot. Learn more here.
5. Default Reply
A Default Reply is sent when your chatbot doesn’t know what to answer. Learn more here.
6. Refresh Page Permissions
In some cases, the Messenger platform can unexpectedly drop page permissions. In case of any trouble with message sending, we recommend refreshing permissions. Learn more here.
7. Domain Whitelisting
In order for some features of Clepher to work on your website(s) or page(s), you need to whitelist your domain. Learn more here.
