Refresh Page Permissions

In some cases, the Messenger platform can unexpectedly drop page permissions. This might happen on an admin password change or due to internal reasons. In case of any trouble with message sending, we recommend you to refresh permissions first.

Refresh Page Permissions Overview

To Refresh Page Permissions simply click the button. Then continue with the steps on Facebook, and see if your Chatbot functions as it should after you're redirected back to Clepher. 

In case you experience any trouble with sending content or setting up a chatbot for your page, you should Refresh Facebook Permissions prior. Sometimes Messenger can unexpectedly drop you page's permissions.
