Integrating ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is the perfect partner to help you maximize your efficiency and effectiveness in connecting with and nurturing customers. With Clepher, you simply add your ActiveCampaign API details inside the Integration Manager on Page Level. Then on the Composer, you find the ActiveCampaign Card, and you drag 'n drop yourself any powerful automation.
What ActiveCampaign Actions and Fields are supported inside Clepher?
Supported Actions
Create Contact - Creates a new contact.
Update Contact - Updates an existing contact.
Delete Contact - Deletes an existing contact.
Add Contact to List - Adds an existing contact into any list. If a contact does not yet exist, a new contact will be created and then added to the list.
Unsubscribe Contact From List - Unsubscribes an existing contact from a list.
Want to forward subscriber data like Email Address, Phone Number, Tags, Custom Fields, and more to ActiveCampaign? Simply fill out a couple of fields, point 'n click a couple of times... and data is transferred over to your favorite AutoResponder where you can further automate everything you'd like.
Supported Fields
Email Address - You forward any Custom Field of the type email here, the Custom Field you use to store subscriber's email addresses.
Phone Number - In addition to the email address, a phone number can be set to any created or updated ActiveCampaign contact from Clepher.
Tags - Clepher supports sending tags to an ActiveCampaign contact. Tags can be specified manually as well as automatically by syncing existing tags inside Clepher.
Custom Fields - Custom Fields can be passed manually from Clepher to ActiveCampaign as key, value pairs.
Note that the First and Last Name are automatically set by Clepher from your subscriber’s Name.
How to Get Started with ActiveCampaign
To get started with ActiveCampaign, first, navigate to the Integrations page and click Create New, then select ActiveCampaign.
The connection form will ask you for your API URL and key, which can be found in the settings section of ActiveCampaign.
How to get your Active Campaign Keys
In order to enable an integration between your ActiveCampaign account and Clepher, you will need to first obtain your API URL and Key. The API URL and Key can be thought of as your username and password to your ActiveCampaign account.
To obtain your ActiveCampaign API URL and Key, follow these steps:
Click the "Settings" option located on the left side navigation menu.
The Account Settings menu will appear. Click the "Developer" option.
The Developer Settings page will load and will display your ActiveCampaign API URL and Key. You can copy and paste this information into the form.
Finish the connection process by specifying a meaningful name for your integration.

To give you a brief explanation, you do this while building out your Flows with the Composer. There’s a specific card, just for this purpose, that allows you to ask for the subscriber’s email, and when set up correctly, that email is forwarded to any of the services you integrated under Integrations, and automatically added to the list you specify under this card.
