How to Get Started with Google Sheets
To get started with Google Sheets, first, navigate to the Integrations page and click Create New, then select Google Sheets.
The connection form will ask you to authorize your Google Sheets Account
Finish the connection process by specifying a meaningful name for your integration.

Here are some tips:
If you want to pass a Custom Field, Messenger ID, or any other value tag as a string inside a formula in Google Sheets, you need to use quotations.
Ensure the values passed in formulas matches the target column(s) type in the specific google sheet, i.e. if the type of the column is plain text, then the values being passed need to be enclosed in "<value>" (double quotes), and if not being passed as formula then the doubles quotes can be skipped.
For numeric values, ensure they are within the size limits in Google Sheets.
For the messenger ID column, it is best to set it with plain text values so that conversion into another number format can be avoided.
